Delivery and Returns
Standard delivery is free on orders over £15 within the UK.
Option 1 – Standard Delivery – Delivery within 2-5 working days: £2.95
Option 2 – First Class recorded/signed for – Delivery within 1-2 working days (Orders must be placed by 12 noon): £3.75
Option 3 – Next Day Delivery – This needs to be signed for and is guaranteed for Next day if orders are placed by 12 Noon: £7.75
Do I have to be in to sign for my parcel?
You will have to be in to sign for Option 2 type deliveries. Option 3 type deliveries are detailed in the above ‘what are your delivery options’ section.
We’re able to accept orders from outside the UK mainland. International orders are sent via Royal Mail.
How long does delivery take and cost?
Our Standard Delivery charge for orders outside of the UK is £10. Please allow approximately 10 working days for your order. Please note that this charge includes delivery only, therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.
Is Delivery free for orders over £15 outside of the UK?
We’re not able to offer free postage outside of the UK. A flat fee of £10 is applicable.
Will I have to pay additional duties or taxes?
All our product prices are in UK GBP (and include VAT), Euros or Dollars.
If your destination is outside the EU, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required for customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order.
How do you work out your international prices?
Our quoted prices in euros are based on an exchange rate of €1.25 to £1 sterling. Our quoted prices in dollars are based on an exchange rate of $1.583 to £1 sterling. Please be aware that your card provider may use a different exchange rate and therefore you may see slight fluctuations in the actual price charged to your card / PayPal account. If you have any concerns we recommend you check your card provider’s current exchange rate before purchasing.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
We want you to be happy with your White Hot products and if for any reason you’re not, we’d like to hear from you at firstname.lastname@example.org. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once you’ve spoken to a member of our customer services team, If you need to return your White Hot products for a refund, products must be unopened and in original condition. You must pay the cost of the return postage, White Hot products will cover your original postage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Solo, as well as PayPal.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, it goes into the system and you won’t be able to make any changes. Of course, if you make a mistake in your order, you can contact us at email@example.com and we can help.
